Welcome to Floqu
Floqu is a project management system built specifically for Webflow agencies and freelancers.
It helps you manage every project — from design to launch — with templates, checklists, and visual boards designed around the real Webflow process.
So your team can see what’s done, what’s next, and what “launch-ready” actually means.
Whether you’re a solo developer keeping track of client sites or a small agency coordinating multiple team members and contractors, Floqu helps you stay organised, consistent, and on schedule — without the chaos of juggling Slack threads, emails, and spreadsheets.
What You’ll Find Inside
Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your dashboard, which gives you quick access to:
- Projects – where all your Webflow builds live
- Templates – pre-built boards you can customise
- Team – invite collaborators to your team
- Inbox - ? Notifications feed so you know when someone has mentioned you or assigned something to you
- Your Profile – manage your account and workspace settings
Create Your First Project
To get started, click “New Project.”
You can:
- Choose a template that matches your project type (e.g. Website Build, Landing Page, Retainer).
- Name your project — like “Lumen Energy Co. Website.”
- Add a short description — this helps Floqu’s AI tailor your initial task list.

- Assign team members
Floqu will automatically generate your board, complete with stages and checklists — so you can get moving right away.
Next Steps
From here, you can:
- Explore your template columns and tweak them to match your workflow.
- Open any task card to add sub-tasks, notes, or file links.
- Assign tasks to team members or yourself.
Floqu is designed to feel intuitive — so don’t worry about getting everything perfect from day one.
You can adjust your templates, rename stages, or add new checklists anytime.
