Inviting Team Members

Invite your teammates from the Team area.

Enter their email address, send the invite, and they’ll receive an email to join your workspace.

You can also view and resend pending invites if someone hasn’t accepted yet.

Team Roles & Permissions

Floqu keeps roles simple:

• Owner – full access to billing, team management, and workspace settings.
• Member – can create, edit, and manage projects but not billing or team settings.

Using Mentions

Type @username anywhere inside a task comment or description to tag a teammate.

They’ll get notified automatically.
